Conveniently located off of the Sam Houston Tollway between I-45 and HWY 290 and with space for over 4,000 vehicles on property, Sam Houston Race Park is an outstanding location for your next meeting or corporate event. The Park is a multi-functional facility with a full range of group accommodations including the Jockey Club, the Club Level, the Founder’s and Paddock Rooms, the Suite Level, and our 26,000 square foot Pavilion Centre.

Jockey Club
The Jockey Club is a private members only club that can be rented for luncheons and dinners. The space can accommodate up to 200 guests for your next corporate luncheon complete with a plated meal and full wait staff.

Club Level
The Club Level is located on the second floor of Sam Houston Race Park’s main grandstand and has been home to tradeshows, job fairs and corporate meetings of 1,500+ guests.
With two stages along the glass windows overlooking the track, your guests can sit in the Theater Seats and/or Counter Seats and watch any presentation or speaker with ease.

Founder’s and Paddock Rooms
The Founder’s and Paddock Rooms are both located on the second floor (club level) of the grandstand. These rooms can easily accommodate a business meeting or social gathering.
Each room is approximately 1,100 square feet and can accommodate up to 70 people. These rooms can be set for dining with round tables, classroom style with rows of tables and chairs or theater style.

Suite Level
Whether it is a conference room setting with a breathtaking view in the Director’s Suite or a corporate event with multiple breakout rooms the Suite Level at Sam Houston Race Park is an impressive location for your next meeting or corporate event.

Pavilion Centre
The Pavilion Centre is a 26,000 square foot self-contained multi-purpose facility located north of the grandstand. The Pavilion has parking space and flexibility to serve a variety of clients. Whether you are planning a large public exhibition, tradeshow, meeting, banquet for up to 1,250 guests or a picnic for 4,000 the Pavilion Centre is the perfect venue for a successful event.
